Spa centre
Sunbeds, massages and a sauna at the club – for a tan, for relaxing and for recovery after training.
Sunbeds
The club has two sunbeds, a vertical one and a horizontal (lie-down) one. With short visits a few times a week you keep a pleasant, lasting tan in any season, without waiting for summer and the sea.
Special sunbed cosmetics help the tan last longer and protect the skin during the session.
Before the session
- Do not use any sun-protection cosmetics.
- Clean the skin well of make-up and other dirt.
- Take off rings and jewellery.
- Turbo sunbed, per minute
- €0.50
Massages
We offer different kinds of massage, full-body and partial, depending on your needs, time and wishes. A massage is one of the best-loved ways to relax the muscles and let go of the tension after a hard or exhausting working day.
After a heavy workout a massage helps you recover: it removes the lactic acid built up in the worked muscles, and with it the unpleasant feeling of muscle fatigue.
The massage room has been renovated, essential oils are used, and the club also has a kinesitherapy specialist.
- Full-body massage, 50 min
- €20.45 (40 leva)
- Partial massage, 30 min
- €10.23 (20 leva)
- Anti-cellulite massage, 30 min
- €10.23 (20 leva)
Buy 10 anti-cellulite (Collin) sessions and get 10% off. The club’s price list gives the massage prices in leva; here they are converted to euro at 1.95583.
Sauna
The sauna is a room built of wood where the air is above 80 degrees and the humidity is kept at about 10–30%. Some ten minutes of heavy sweating flush toxins out of the body, relax the muscles and tone you up, especially after a hard and tense day. The skin sheds its dead cells and regains its freshness.
As a rule the sauna is not recommended for people with heart conditions. Precise control of the temperature makes it accessible also to people who cannot stand high temperatures.
