A professional hall for group sports and dance. Classes follow a timetable and are led by qualified instructors.
For sport and for dance
The hall of the club is made for group sports: aerobics, yoga, zumba, spinning, martial arts, tae bo, Pilates and all kinds of dance – folk, oriental, Indian, Latin, pole dance and more.
The teachers are qualified specialists in the disciplines on the timetable. Some of them are champions of various rank in their fields.

Yoga
Yoga is a state of mind. It teaches patience, humility and inner balance, and the classes are a healthy way to deal with everyday stress.

Pilates
A system of exercises and movements developed by Joseph Pilates about a century ago. It improves posture, strengthens the muscles and builds balance, endurance and flexibility. The exercises are done slowly, with the mind on doing them correctly.

Dancelo-zumba and Dance Up
Zumba is a fitness dance that combines elements of fitness, aerobics and dance. It appeared after an unconventional aerobics class in Colombia and became popular all over the world.

Belly dance
An oriental dance with its main movements in the hips, usually danced in the typical oriental costumes and rhythms.

Bungee fitness
It combines elastic bungee ropes with special movements. The workouts tone the body and train the sense of balance. Try it – you will not regret it!

Salsa and bachata
Salsa is fun, movement and joy of life – emotion turned into a beautiful dance. It is named after the Spanish word for sauce and mixes traditional African, Cuban and other Latin American rhythms.

The club’s timetable gives the prices in leva (10, 12 and 15 leva); here they are converted to euro at 1.95583.

In its free hours the hall can be rented. The price is for one hour.
